cons: wifi was slow.

Our queen room was complete with a great view and TV, for instance. Had a shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The location was convenient, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Sevier County Courthouse.

The hotel needed improvement.

Our stay at the hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds, and we enjoyed the balcony with a beautiful river view. The location was convenient, being only 15 minutes away from Dollywood. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

It was a simple hotel in a good area, near to Gatlinburg, restaurants and shopping and outlets and restaurants. The location of the venue was comfy - just a short walk away from Dolly Parton Statue. The beds were big, I slept well. The best part was the beautiful view of the river.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The room was not properly cleaned, with dirty counters and a flimsy door that let in a lot of light and noise.

We were in a magnificent and convenient location at walking distance from First Baptist Church. Moreover, it's short walk to river, to Pigeon Forge, and all attractions.

The value for money at this hotel was really good, with spacious and comfortable rooms that had all the necessary amenities. The location was great, with beautiful views of the river and easy access to a walking trail. The staff were amazing, being friendly and efficient throughout our stay.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The shower drained very slowly, which was quite inconvenient.
